Meet the founder
A story that started with a visit.
When I was in middle school, I began to volunteer at memory care facilities and did research internships to better understand Alzheimer's. Through these experiences, I realized that despite its widespread impact, Alzheimer's often does not receive the recognition and attention it deserves. I also saw how vulnerable individuals living with the disease could be — with many unaware of their rights.
I founded The Memory Initiative to change that. As a granddaughter to loving grandparents, some of whom have been personally affected by this disease, I am deeply committed to raising awareness and protecting the rights and dignity of seniors.
Through this organization, I hope to inspire others to recognize the importance of this cause. Whether through volunteering or participating in our programs, I invite you to join us in creating meaningful change and building a more compassionate community for the seniors we care deeply about.
